A note on the design of this Web site: Throughout the site, we've tried to apply the principles of Universal Design.While colorful illustrations highlight each page, for our visitors who may be legally blind, print disabled, or visually impaired, we have tried to keep the text in formats that will make it readable by print-interpretive software. Eventually, we hope to have a site that will speak to the reader without the use of special software. Your comments on the usability, appearance or layout of the site are very welcome.
